The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The location was great, close to downtown and the port for boat trips. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering fresher and higher quality fruit.

Located within 10 minutes' drive from panagias keras church. There was a pool to enjoy. We liked blue marine resort & spa. We would love to go back if we go to Agios Nikolaos.

Great food with plenty of variety, friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, excellent bar service, beautiful pool and beach area , availability of sunbeds even during busy times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch with great pools and spacious rooms. The sea view from our room was breathtaking. The massage at the spa was incredible and definitely worth the extra cost. The all-inclusive package was a great value for money, with delicious food, including a creperie and candy floss. The staff were nice and friendly, and the private beach and beach bar exceeded our expectations.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free diet, which made me feel valued as a guest. The location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The spa was clean and the treatments were top-notch. The buffet had a great variety of delicious food to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. The private beach was stunning and the sea water pool was refreshing. The all-inclusive package included delicious meals and free drinks, including alcohol. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and transportation options to explore the surrounding area.

We recently stayed at a resort in Crete, and we absolutely loved the view from our room! We also enjoyed having access to both the pool and the beach. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our room was a little outdated and had a strange smell, but we didn't spend too much time in it anyway. The only other downside was that the hotel was a bit remote, so we didn't have many options for things to do outside of the hotel grounds.

I loved the positive and welcoming attitude of the hotel staff. Baggage delay was handled with great accommodation. Beautiful entrance with welcoming plants and a glimmering pool. Complimentary spa treatments for room issue. Clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Lovely jacuzzi on the balcony. Great fridge for cold water. Plentiful and delicious food. Nice touch of dressing gowns and slippers.

Had an amazing weekend getaway! Loved the complimentary welcome drinks and the chocolate on the pillows at night. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Plus, the balcony had an incredible view of the sea.

The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were a letdown. The taxi was too small for our whole group and we had to sit one of our party on our lap.

The hotel had a wonderful view and a big room with a very large terrace. The beautiful sea was easily accessible from the beach and the concrete sides. The staff were very friendly and the food was good and abundant. The hotel even had a bar at the beach and a swimming pool.

The room doors slammed extremely loudly, which could be disruptive for those who like to sleep in. The curtains also did not darken the room enough for late sleepers.

The luxurious amenities were excellent! The Spa & wellness centre was amazing and provided the perfect relaxation we needed. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, and the massage was one of the best we've ever had. The outdoor swimming pool was clean, and we could relax on comfortable sun loungers while enjoying the great views of the sea. In addition, the poolside snack bar had delicious food, and the bartenders were attentive and friendly.

The only minor issue we had was with the Night club. Although there were live entertainment and music, the venue was a bit too noisy for our taste, and we could hear the noise from our room even with the door closed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The food options were limited and not of the best quality. The children's facilities were not stroller-friendly, with many stairs.
